Our hand-poured soy wax candles are crafted with care and adhere to stringent quality standards. However, candles by their nature carry certain risks. Moody Candles cannot be held responsible for any misuse of our products or accidents resulting from improper handling or neglectful use of candles purchased from our online store, picked up in person, or bought from our authorized retailers.

Safety Guidelines:

We strongly advise customers to follow the safety guidelines provided with our candles, including but not limited to:

Burn Time and Placement: Always burn candles within sight and on a heat-resistant surface. Do not leave them unattended or near flammable materials.
Trimming Wicks: Trim wicks to a quarter of an inch before each use to prevent excessive smoking or a high flame.
Extinguishing Safely: Use proper tools to extinguish candles; avoid blowing them out to prevent hot wax splatters.
Keep Away from Children and Pets: Ensure candles are placed out of reach of children and pets.

Customers are advised to review the candle's ingredients before purchase and use with caution if allergic to specific substances. Retailer Purchases Liability:

For purchases made through our authorized retailers, customers are subject to the retailer's terms and conditions. Moody Candles holds no liability for issues arising from purchases made outside of our official sales channels.
